The Defendants, D.O., by and through their undersigned attorney and requests the Plaintiff, DEUTSHCE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I, INC., TRUST, 2006-HE6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH, CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE6, to produce, pursuant to Fla.R.Civ.P. 1.350 to the Law Office of Alan D.
