MOTION TO APPOINT C.D. AS SOLE PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF F.L. 

C.D., as co-Personal Representative of the Estate of F.L., files this Motion to Appoint C.D. as Sole Personal Representative of the Estate of F.L. and as grounds therefore states:

1. By order dated September 7, 2011, this Court admitted the May 27, 2010 will to probate and appointed C.D. and C.L. as co-personal Representatives of the estate as specified in the will.

2. The co-personal representative, C.L., passed away.

WHEREFORE, C.D., as co-Personal Representative of the Estate of F.L., respectfully requests that this Court enter an order stating that she be appointed sole Personal Representative of the estate.
