PLAINTIFF’S OBJECTION TO DEFENDANT’S REQUESTS FOR MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS

The Plaintiff, ANTHONY BROWN, through her undersigned attorney, files this her objection to Defendant’s, TGI FRIDAY’S INC., Request for Medical Examinations, and as grounds therefore states:

  1. This is a personal injury action arising out of a slip and fall incident which occurred on Defendant’s premises on or about XX, 20__.
  2. The Defendant has requested that Plaintiff appear for medical examinations with two different physicians in Broward County, Florida, i.e., Dr. XX (orthopedist) on XX, 20__, and Dr. XX (neurologist) on XX, 20__.
  3. Pursuant to the Florida Statutes, Plaintiff should only be required to be subjected to one medical examination.
  4. Plaintiff will attend the examination on XX, 20__, with Dr. XX, but, unless ordered by the court to attend, Plaintiff not attend the second examination on XX, 20__, with Dr. XX.

WHEREFORE, Plaintiff, ANTHONY BROWN, respectfully requests that this Court require that Plaintiff attend only one medical examination.
