PLAINTIFF’S SECOND MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF
TIME TO EFFECTUATE SERVICE OF PROCESS ON DEFENDANTS
The Plaintiff, ALEXANDER WILLIAMS, by and through undersigned counsel, and files this Motion for Extension of Time to Effectuate Service of Process on Defendants, and as grounds therefor states:
- The complaint in this case was filed on XX, 20__.
- Defendants were in bankruptcy, and it would have been improper to serve Defendants’ which are in bankruptcy.
- Counsel for Plaintiff has determined that Defendants are no longer in bankruptcy and may have even mistakenly believed that they were in bankruptcy longer than they actually were.
- Plaintiff requests until XX, 20__ in which to effectuate service of process on the Defendants.
Wherefore, Plaintiff respectfully requests that this court enter an order granting this motion to extend the time to effectuate service of process on the Defendants up through and including XX, 20__.
