Will An Out of Town Client Have To Come Back To Florida To Pursue A Claim?
Most slip and fall claims are settled without a jury trial and without the need for the victim to return to Florida. (95% of all personal injury claims settle). However, if the claim is not settled and a lawsuit is filed, then the victim may have to come back to Broward County between 1-3 times.
