4. Bankruptcy court proceeding re: New Century Mortgage Corporation – U.S. Bankruptcy Court – Delaware, case number 07-10416(KJC). Defendants request that the court take judicial notice of this bankruptcy proceeding pursuant to section 90.202(6), Florida Statutes.
